Warranty & Refund Policy

At UK Tool Battery, we stand by the quality of our products and want our customers to shop with confidence. All items sold on uktool-battery.co.uk, unless otherwise stated, are 100% brand new and guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship.

Warranty Coverage

We provide a 1-year warranty from the date of original purchase under normal, non-commercial use. Within this period, defective products may be replaced if returned with a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which can be obtained from our customer service team.

  • The warranty period begins on the date of purchase and does not reset or extend if a replacement is provided.
  • For batteries, gradual capacity depletion over time is considered normal wear and not a defect.
  • Warranty does not apply to products that are physically damaged, improperly installed, misused, or operated outside of normal conditions.
  • This warranty does not extend to third-party devices (e.g., tools, laptops, cameras) powered by our battery packs.

Promotional & Clearance Items

Items sold as clearance or promotional offers carry a 90-day limited warranty from the date of purchase. Replacement items, if provided, do not restart or extend the warranty period.

Refunds & Returns

If you change your mind about your purchase, please contact our customer service team within 15 days of purchase to request an RMA number. Products must be returned within 30 days from the purchase date to be eligible for refund, credit, or exchange (at our discretion). No refunds are accepted after 30 days.

  • Products must be returned complete, undamaged, and in original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and materials.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
  • A 10% restocking fee may apply to non-defective returns.
  • Refunds are only issued when replacement items are not available.

RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Procedure

  • Contact our customer service team at help@uktool-battery.co.uk to request an RMA number. Please include your name, email, phone number, and invoice details.
  • Repack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, including all accessories and documents.
  • Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the return package.
  • Ship the return prepaid using a tracked service. We strongly recommend purchasing insurance, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged shipments.

Limitations of Liability

Our liability for any defective product is limited to the purchase price of the item. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to equipment damage, loss of data, or lost profits. By purchasing from UK Tool Battery, you agree that our maximum liability is limited to the cost of the product purchased.

Security & Privacy

Your security is our priority. Payments on our website are processed securely via trusted providers such as PayPal and Worldpay, using industry-standard SSL encryption. While we take all reasonable steps to protect your personal information, it is your responsibility to keep account credentials safe. Customers under 18 must have transactions supervised by a parent or guardian.
